
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or changes to class reservations must be managed through the online booking platform at least 12 hours prior to the reserved class. Any cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours before the reserved class start will result in the participant forfeiting their class credit. Cancellation and change requests will not be accepted via email.
Memberships and Recurring Payments
Memberships are available in 5, 10 or 20 classes per month. Each membership has a minimum 3-month commitment period, during which the membership cannot be cancelled (the “Commitment Period”). Associated membership fees will be charged by pre-authorized automatic credit card payments to the card on file for each month during the Commitment Fee. After the Commitment Period, participants may cancel their memberships by giving a minimum of 30 days’ notice to info@wildwestpilates.com. If participants do not notify their Studio that they wish to cancel their membership after the Commitment Period, they will continue to be charged the associated membership fee by pre-authorized automatic credit card payments to the card on file. Membership fees are non-transferrable under any circumstances.
Please note that any classes that remain unused in the month will not roll over to the next month’s membership renewal.
