I've never done Pilates before. Is that a problem?
Not even a little. Start with Steady West, our class built for first-timers, and go from there.
What happens after my two weeks?
If you want to keep going, you get 25% off your first month of membership. If not, no hard feelings.
What if I can't make it every day?
Totally fine. You get one class a day for 14 days, use as many or as few as work for you. The clock doesn't start until you take your first class.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. Grip socks are required and sold at the front desk if you don't already have a pair.
Your two weeks start whenever you're ready.
