We offer small group reformer classes, with no more than 10 individuals in a class. This allows our instructors to provide corrections during class to improve your form and practice.

This class is perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates. You'll learn the fundamental principles of Pilates, including core engagement, precision, and control, while building a strong foundation for your practice. Expect a slower pace and an emphasis on proper form.

This class builds upon the basics, you'll explore a wider range of exercises and variations. The class will move faster, and the resistance will be heavier than The Basics. We recommend taking this class if you are comfortable on a reformer and can follow cues.

Get ready for a fast-paced, invigorating workout that will challenge you to push your limits. This class moves quickly, with minimal hands-on adjustments, and is not recommended for beginners.
What is the Pilates Reformer?
The Pilates Reformer consists on the practice of exercises with a machine that aims to improve the strength and flexibility. This device has a structure made up of a flat platform in the shape of a bed, capable of sliding from one side to the other within the frame, thanks to the small wheels. The effectiveness of this method resides in the fact that the body has when exercising and, in addition, it is possible to adapt the effort necessary to vary that resistance.
